Q - How do I book?
A - Super easy! Contact us via our 'Contact' section on the website and let us know you date and venue, we will then reply via email with our availability and packages available. Once your happy and you would like to go ahead and book, a non refundable deposit of £150 is required to secure your date. This can be done via bank transfer or our online payment system.
Q - When is my remaining balance due?
A - Remaining balances are due 6 weeks before your date. We will normally send a reminder email 1 one before it's due.
Q - When do you arrive on the day of my wedding?
A - We spend approx 60-90 minutes during bridal prep (if booked) then leaving in plenty time to arrive at the ceremony venue. If no bridal prep, we will arrive approx 1 hour before you are scheduled to be married.
Q - When will I receive my completed film?
A - We like to complete the films as soon as possible, it is normally 12 weeks however this can change during peak seasons.
Q - Do we need to put a meal on for you?
A - Absolutely not! However it is very much appreciated.
